I stumbled across this story on MLB.com about baseball artist Dick Perez.
Perez is a legend in the baseball card world as he painted the Donruss Diamond Kings and more recently has done work for Topps with their Turkey Red and Allen & Ginter sets.
Perez also has work displayed in the baseball Hall of Fame, painted the National League 1976 logo and painted the 1983 World Series program cover.
