Reads of Cardboard Mania have selected 2008 Topps Heritage as the best first half baseball product this year.

In a big surprise to me, SP Legendary Cuts received 20% of the votes despite all the controversy surrounding it. I figure that is due to the fact that many collectors love all the Hall of Famers, and that is the best product for them so far this year.

In what is not a surprise, Topps Co-Signers did not receive a vote and regular Topps only received one. Both of the sets have been featured in a negative light by bloggers and other collectors all year long.
