Cracking a BGS case

I need some help everyone. How can you break a card out of a BGS holder?

I am now the proud owner of the card below, but I want to put it with the rest of my Jacobs cards, and the BGS holder is too massive for it to fit in the same box. I know people have broken them open before, so what is the best to do it?

Sweet Card! Be real careful popping it out BGS cases are tough to crack. A high speed saw found in wood shops can chop off the top without too much splintering but it's tough to pry it open after that. Good luck and nice looking blog.

Um, I'd get a different box to put them all in rather than risk damaging the card.

We actually sawed the top off and the card slid right out in its plastic holder.
